The reason I chose this topic was only because of the drawbacks that I personally used to face while doing any online shopping. Some of the common drawbacks of online shopping include:

Returns and exchanges: Returning or exchanging products can be more complicated and time-consuming with online shopping. The process may require filling out forms, paying shipping fees, and waiting for the product to be returned and the refund or exchange to be processed.
